One Piece Manga PSA 10 Populations: October Update
The three OP16 Admirals were below 250 PSA 10s in our September 6 report. On our October 18 source check, all three were above 500.
We revisited the seven cards featured in that report. The comparison below shows how their counts changed, with a direct PSA source for each printing.

What changed in the PSA 10 counts?
Rows stay in the original feature order so the movement is easy to follow. Sabo has the lowest October count among these seven cards, at 304. Borsalino, which led the September feature, is now at 516.

Open a card’s name to check its PSA certification page. Confirm the subject, set, variety and GEM MT 10 grade before reading the population. Different printings with the same character name belong in separate comparisons.
The largest changes
The OP16 Admirals moved above 500
Borsalino rose from 219 to 516, an increase of 297. Sakazuki went from 238 to 502, and Kuzan from 246 to 511. Each count more than doubled between the two checks.
That changes how the old headline should be read. “Under 250” described a September snapshot. It was not a fixed limit on the number of PSA 10s that could appear later.
A newly released card needs time to reach grading companies. These results are a reason to check the date on a population claim before relying on it. They do not establish the print run or explain every reason the counts changed.
A different pace
The Red Manga trio changed more slowly
Sabo increased by 20, Ace by 24 and Luffy by 23. Those are much smaller changes than the Admiral increases over the same comparison period.
The counts still moved. A lower number today does not tell you where it will settle, and one character’s population does not explain another character’s demand.
Keep the “Red Manga” designation attached to these OP13 entries. Combining them with a different Manga treatment would change the comparison.

Roger’s count barely moved in this comparison
Gol D. Roger OP09-118 Gold Manga rose from 337 to 340, an increase of three. That was the smallest change among the seven featured printings.
It is one observed interval, not a promise about future supply. Recheck the exact Gold Manga entry when evaluating a card, and keep it separate from other Roger treatments.

How to read the report
Population is not print run
A PSA population reports graded records for a particular entry and grade. It does not count all copies printed, all raw cards still in collections or copies graded by other companies.
This follow-up uses the seven exact printings featured in our September 6 article. We checked their linked PSA certification pages for the displayed PSA 10 populations on October 18. The September numbers are preserved from the original report.
The original article described a 44-printing English-language pre-OP17 scope and displayed its lowest 20. We have not reranked that entire scope here. The seven-card follow-up and the archived table below answer different questions.
The refreshed table focuses on population. September estimates and sales are historical figures in the archive, not current prices or buying targets.
