OP-17 Launch: 12 Fourth Anniversary Cards Collectors Need to Know
OP-17 puts the world’s strongest warriors front and center with gold-framed favorites, manga-panel treatments and two anniversary headliners. This visual guide identifies every card shown in our launch video and explains what makes each printing stand out.

What Makes This Launch Different
Gold-framed fan favorites.
Teach, Buggy, Shanks and Luffy pair familiar card numbers with ornate anniversary-style artwork built for display.
Manga panels take over.
Zoro, Yamato, Roger, Oden, Garp and Rayleigh use black-and-white line art with red accents for a cohesive premium set.
Two true headliners.
Rocks.D.Xebec OP17-118 and Monkey.D.Luffy EB04-061 close the lineup with full-crew compositions and 12,000 power.
Gold-Framed Fourth Anniversary Cards

Black · 7 cost · 8,000 power
Marshall.D.Teach — ST27-005
Starter Deck 27 printing
Teach can rest himself to K.O. a Character with a cost of 3 or less, then recover a black card from the trash when he is K.O.’d. The gold Blackbeard frame turns a practical removal piece into a display-first collector card.

Blue · 7 cost · 8,000 power
Buggy — P-084
Promotional printing
Buggy cannot attack, but with a Buggy Leader he locks every cost-3 or cost-4 Character out of attacking. His On Play effect can also deploy a Cross Guild Character with a cost of 6 or less from your hand.

Green · 10 cost · 12,000 power
Shanks — OP13-028
OP-13 special treatment
Shanks sets all of your DON!! cards active when played, then prevents you from playing more cards from hand for the rest of the turn. The effect rewards careful sequencing, while the throne-room composition gives collectors a classic emperor portrait.

Red · 7 cost · 9,000 power
Monkey.D.Luffy — ST31-004
Starter Deck 31 printing
This Gear 5 Luffy gains Rush once you have three or more given DON!! cards. On Play, each Straw Hat Crew card on your field lets you reduce one opposing Character by 1,000 power for the turn.
Manga-Panel Special Treatments

Red · 7 cost · 9,000 power
Roronoa Zoro — EB04-007
Extra Booster 04 printing
Zoro gives your Leader 2,000 power through the end of your opponent’s next End Phase. If the opponent controls an 8,000-power Character, Zoro can also gain Rush for immediate pressure.

Black · 6 cost · 5,000 power
Yamato — OP16-098
OP-16 special treatment
Yamato filters your hand by drawing one and trashing one. You can then trash this Character to play a black Yamato with a cost of 8 from the trash, turning setup into a larger board swing.

Purple · 8 cost · 10,000 power
Gol.D.Roger — P-107
Promotional printing
If either player has 10 DON!! cards on the field, Roger gives your Leader 2,000 power through the end of your opponent’s next End Phase. The manga collage makes the Pirate King the visual center of the subset.

Green · 5 cost · 6,000 power
Kouzuki Oden — ST32-002
Starter Deck 32 printing
Oden draws a card on play and can keep an opposing Character with a base cost of 6 or less from being rested until the end of the opponent’s next End Phase. It is a tempo tool with one of the most kinetic manga compositions here.

Blue · 8 cost · 8,000 power
Monkey.D.Garp — OP12-056
OP-12 special treatment
Garp can trash one card from your hand to play a blue Navy Character with 8,000 power or less, other than another Garp. That creates a strong deployment effect while the red lightning treatment keeps the monochrome art from feeling flat.

Yellow · 6 cost · 6,000 power
Silvers Rayleigh — OP14-108
OP-14 special treatment
With a multicolored Leader and an opponent at three Life or fewer, Rayleigh can K.O. an opposing Character with 7,000 base power or less. His Trigger repeats the On Play effect, giving the card pressure from hand or Life.
The Two Anniversary Headliners

Blue · 10 cost · 12,000 power
Rocks.D.Xebec — OP17-118
Fourth Anniversary treatment
Xebec draws a card on play and can deploy up to two differently named Rocks Pirates cards from your hand with a combined cost of 9 or less. The surrounding crew collage gives this card the scale expected from an anniversary centerpiece.

Yellow · 10 cost · 12,000 power
Monkey.D.Luffy — EB04-061
Fourth Anniversary treatment
At one Life or less, this Luffy costs one less in hand. On Play, you can trash a card to give your Leader 2,000 power through the opponent’s next End Phase and turn Luffy into a temporary Blocker.
