Grade Ready uses data to run the app, improve collector workflows, support purchases, and keep the product reliable. We do not sell personal information and we do not use Grade Ready data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
The iOS app uses Firebase Core and Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app usage and reliability. The app’s current Apple privacy disclosures cover identifiers, product interaction, coarse location, and purchase history for analytics and app functionality, with tracking disabled.
Information You Provide or Create
Depending on how you use the app, Grade Ready may process collection records, watchlist items, sold or trade details, card notes, grading reports, scan results, and photos you choose to capture or import. These items are used to provide the app features you request.
Google Analytics for Firebase
The Grade Ready iOS app uses Firebase Core and Google Analytics for Firebase. These services help us understand aggregate app usage, feature adoption, app launches, sessions, approximate region, purchase-event context, device and app version context, and reliability signals so we can improve the product.
Firebase may generate and use app-level installation identifiers, including an app-instance identifier and available iOS device identifiers, to measure unique app installations and sessions. Grade Ready does not link AdSupport or request App Tracking Transparency permission for advertising tracking.
We do not intentionally send card names, photos, scans, grading notes, collection notes, or trade details to Firebase Analytics as custom event payloads.

Photos and Scans
Photos and scans are used for card scanning, grading review, authenticity review, and saved reports. Avoid including personal information in images you upload or capture. Grade Ready does not sell or rent your photo content.
Market, Search, and Pricing Requests
Some features request market, search, grading, or card-reference information from Grade Ready services or third-party services. These requests are used to return card data, price context, market signals, and related app functionality. Market data is informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or changed by the underlying source.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Premium purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple. Apple may process payment information, receipts, subscription status, refund requests, and related account information under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Grade Ready uses purchase status to unlock paid features.
Website Analytics and Support
The Grade Ready website may use Google analytics tools and WordPress service providers to understand website traffic, page performance, and support form activity. If you contact us for support, we may receive your name, email address, message, and any details you choose to include. We use support information to respond to you, investigate problems, and improve the app.
How We Use Information
- Provide card scanning, grading review, portfolio, market, research, trade, and master-set features.
- Maintain and improve app performance, reliability, and collector workflows.
- Understand app launches, sessions, product interaction, and feature adoption through Firebase analytics.

Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Grade Ready, such as hosting, analytics, support, market-data, app-platform, and payment providers. This includes Google/Firebase for app and website analytics and Apple for App Store purchases. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Tracking and Advertising
Grade Ready does not use personal information for third-party advertising, does not sell personal information, and does not use app data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. The current iOS privacy manifest declares tracking as false and includes no tracking domains.
Apple App Store Privacy Disclosures
Grade Ready’s current App Store privacy disclosure covers the data categories that apply to the app’s current behavior, including identifiers for app functionality and analytics, usage data for product interaction analytics, coarse location for analytics, purchase history for Premium access and analytics, user content used for app workflows, and support information when users contact us. We keep these disclosures aligned with the app’s privacy manifest and SDK usage as the app changes.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, support your collection workflows, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the service. Some collection data may remain on your device unless you delete it in the app or remove the app data.
Children
Grade Ready is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us through the support page.
Your Choices
You can stop using Grade Ready, delete app data from your device, manage purchases through Apple, adjust available iOS privacy settings, and contact us with privacy questions through the support page.
Changes
We may update this policy as Grade Ready changes. The effective date above shows when this version became active.
