These Terms govern your use of Grade Ready. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Grade Ready uses Apple for Premium purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds. These Terms explain the purchase, billing, and app-use rules for Grade Ready.
Use of Grade Ready
Grade Ready provides collector tools for scanning cards, reviewing condition, tracking portfolio value, researching market context, planning master sets, and reviewing trades. You are responsible for how you use the app and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
No Guaranteed Grades, Prices, or Outcomes
Grade Ready does not guarantee official grades, authenticity, market value, investment results, sale prices, or trade outcomes. Grading companies make their own decisions. Market and pricing information is informational, may be delayed or incomplete, and should not be treated as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Premium Purchases
Grade Ready Premium may unlock deeper price history, larger watchlists, premium themes, and advanced planner tools. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms and App Store policies.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
If Grade Ready offers an auto-renewing subscription, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Your Content
You may add collection data, photos, notes, scan results, and related card information. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights to upload or use it. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or misleading content.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use Grade Ready to scrape, resell, or abuse market-data services.
- Do not submit false, unlawful, or infringing content.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-Party Services and Links
Grade Ready may display or link to third-party services, market information, grading resources, marketplaces, or external websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, prices, policies, or decisions.
Intellectual Property
Grade Ready, the website, app design, branding, software, and related content are owned by Powers10 or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or App Store terms.
Changes to the App
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, including free and Premium features. We may update these Terms as Grade Ready changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimer
Grade Ready is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powers10 and Grade Ready are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost collection value, grading outcomes, trading outcomes, or market decisions.
