Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Grade Ready website, the Grade Ready app, and related Grade Ready apps and tools. They cover Premium purchases, analytics, ads where enabled, user content, market data, and the limits of grading and authenticity guidance.
Grade Ready supports collecting, grading prep, authenticity review, market research, and trade workflows.
Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and offer-code redemptions are handled through Apple.
Analytics and, where enabled, AdMob help operate, improve, measure, and support Grade Ready services.
Use of Grade Ready
Grade Ready provides collector tools for scanning cards, reviewing condition, checking authenticity signals, tracking portfolio value, researching market context, planning master sets, reviewing trades, and managing related collection workflows. You are responsible for how you use the app and website and for the accuracy of information you enter.
These Terms apply to the Grade Ready website, the Grade Ready app, and related Grade Ready apps, tools, and services unless a specific app or feature provides separate terms.
No Guaranteed Grades, Prices, Authenticity, or Outcomes
Grade Ready is an informational decision-support tool. It does not guarantee official grades, authenticity, market value, investment results, sale prices, trade outcomes, submission results, or future demand. Grading companies, marketplaces, buyers, sellers, and authenticators make their own decisions.
Market and pricing information may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, inaccurate, or unavailable. Grade Ready is not financial, investment, legal, tax, insurance, or professional grading advice.
Premium Purchases and Subscriptions
Grade Ready Premium or related paid features may unlock deeper price history, larger watchlists, premium themes, advanced planner tools, additional review features, or other paid functionality. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, receipts, and offer-code redemptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
If an app offers an auto-renewing subscription, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Your Content
You may add collection data, photos, notes, scan results, authenticity review inputs, purchase records, sale records, trade details, and related card information. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to upload, use, and share it. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, infringing, or misleading content.
You grant Grade Ready the limited permission needed to process your content to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the features you use.
Ads, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
Grade Ready and related apps may use analytics, hosting, security, support, app-platform, payment, market-data, and website providers. This includes Firebase and Google Analytics for app or website analytics, Apple for App Store purchases, WordPress-related providers for the website and support forms, Cloudflare for site security and routing, and Google AdMob or other advertising services where ads are enabled.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, pricing, consent controls, and technical requirements. You agree that Grade Ready is not responsible for third-party services, marketplace listings, grading-company decisions, payment-provider decisions, or external websites.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not scrape, resell, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse Grade Ready services or service-provider data.
- Do not submit false, unlawful, harmful, private, infringing, or misleading content.
- Do not use Grade Ready to make claims that the app officially grades, authenticates, appraises, certifies, or guarantees a card.
- Do not use Grade Ready in a way that violates applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Grade Ready, the website, app design, branding, software, workflows, text, graphics, and related content are owned by Powers10 or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create competing services from Grade Ready except as allowed by law or applicable platform terms.
Changes to the App or Terms
We may add, change, suspend, remove, or limit features, including free and Premium features. We may update these Terms as Grade Ready, related apps, analytics, advertising, purchases, or website services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimer
Grade Ready is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that Grade Ready will produce a specific grade, authenticity result, sale result, trade result, market result, or financial outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powers10 and Grade Ready are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost collection value, grading outcomes, authenticity outcomes, trading outcomes, market decisions, subscription decisions, or third-party service decisions.
Privacy and Cookies
Your use of Grade Ready is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
